Room Parent Coordinator – coordinate volunteers to help each teacher throughout the year (we also need Room Parents!)
Membership – as people join the PTO, maintain list and add to e-mail distribution program
Health Screening – coordinate volunteers to help during 2 days in Nurse’s office for student health screening (height, weight, etc.)
RINGO Night – plan Redfield’s version of BINGO (coordinate prizes, food, etc.)
Picture Day – coordinate volunteers to help with Picture Day
Movie Night – plan a movie night in the school courtyard (coordinate movie showing, food, etc.)
Cardinal Country Fair – organize fall festival, game booths, food, prizes, tickets, volunteers, etc.
Theme Baskets (at Country Fair) – recruit parents from each classroom to prepare a basket to raffle off at the fall festival (all $ go to the teachers)!
Silent Auction (at Country Fair) – organize auction, get items donated
Book Fair – manage the event, coordinate and train volunteers
Thanksgiving Lunch – coordinate volunteers to help serve Thanksgiving lunch for students/parents
Missoula Theatre Program – manage this week-long event (coordinate with Missoula staff, plan auditions, food for rehearsals, performance day details)
Art Masterpiece Program – coordinate materials and volunteers to do art projects in the classroom throughout the year.
Art Walk – plan the Art Walk evening (food, performance times, volunteers)
Spring Splash – organize spring carnival, game booths, inflatables, food, prizes, volunteers, etc.
Restaurant Nights – coordinate with local restaurants for fundraising
Hospitality/Teacher Appreciation – plan appreciation events for teachers during the year
5th Grade Farewell Breakfast – organize farewell breakfast for 5th graders at year end, create video, organize food and speakers at event - Position filled!
5th Grade Tile Project – work with 5th graders to paint a tile and mount around the school
