Please click on the attachements below to print out the forms. Please fill them out and turn them into the front office at Redfield OR send the completed forms in with your child once school starts!
You will notice that Redfield PTO has different membership levels. The PTO is pursuing a membership drive in order to limit the number of fundraising events throughout the year. There is a HUGE time commitment and $$commitment to participating in several fundraisers---especially for families with several children in school. Over the last 3 years parents have requested an alternative to fundraising. So.......... MEMBERSHIP DRIVE was developed.
